In May of the year 2000. Me and my mate Jules went on a big mad trip. There was going to be three of us. But Dunc got a job with altavista and bailed out. But thankfuly he had a change of heart, quit altavista, and joined us later in the trip.

Below are some of the places we visited.

	Thailand. Land of smiles. Bloody hot. Bloody cheap. Bloody fantastic. Beaches. Mountains. Jungles. This place has it all. Apart from snow. It could be a bit seedy in places, especialy Bangkok. But once we where out of the city, it was amazing.
	Cambodia. After 15 years of civil war cambodia eventualy found peace. Which is great cos now its a major tourist destination. The temples of ankor wat attract thousands of visitors each day. I loved cambodia, it was like the wild west! Haring around on motos! Bliss.
	Vietnam. Nam was hell for me. I went a bit nutty because of the anti-malarials I was on. I didnt notice it myself at the time. But im prety certain the animosity I was feeling to the vietnamese people in general was caused by this. May I take this oportunity to tell the people of vietnam how sorry am about my behaviour. Beautiful country though, shame about my brain.
	Laos. To me Laos was heaven. I found the perfect place, Mr Thos Guesthouse on the island of Don Det. And I chilled. After the brain strain of Vietnam it was wonderful. I liked it so much that I went back and stayed for a month.
	Thailand again. Dunc joined us and the three amigos where reunited. Which was nice. Headed for the islands and partied. Groovy groovy groovy. I am going back.
